Man arrested for having sex with 14-year-old girl in his car, then robbing her

Police in Kyoto have arrested a 24-year-old unemployed man on suspicion of having sex with a 14-year-old junior high school student in his car and stealing her cash.

According to police, Ryuhei Nishimura has denied the allegation. He was quoted as saying, "I don't remember because I met multiple women,” Sankei Shimbun reported.

Police said Nishimura is accused of having sex with the girl in his car between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on Jan 3, knowing that she was under 16, in a car parked on a street in Saikyo Ward in Kyoto. He took her wallet, containing about 15,000 yen in cash, and her handbag, then forced her out of the car.

The girl sought help at a nearby convenience store. She had taken a photo of the car's license plate number with her smartphone, which had not been in her handbag.

Police said Nishimura met the girl on a social media site.

Wow! This girl is awesome!

Even after this very awful incident, she has the brain and the brave to take a photo from the license plate of the car.

Well done!

Awesome?

Screwing around early in the morning and only 14 years old.

Taking a photo is normal nowadays.

I don’t think the girl was bothered by the sexual encounter, she was pissed at being robbed. Where are the parents!?

WTH was a 14-yo doing out of the house between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.? I also don't let my kids carry that much on themselves.

Also, seems to be another case that supports those laws regarding social media like Australia passed.

I swear I’m not trying to be crass when I ask this:

is he being charged for intercourse with a minor or for robbing her?

Oh Cassanova!

Why is a girl who is under 16 out and about after 1 am with 15000 yen in her wallet?

"Absolutely revolting. It’s the same old story: predators thinking they can treat young girls like disposable property. But before the West tries to climb onto a moral high ground and lecture Japan about 'safety' or 'culture,' they need to take a long, hard look in the mirror.

Where was this same energy during the Jeffrey Epstein years? For decades, the Western elite ran a literal trafficking pipeline for the rich and powerful while the authorities looked the other way. You don’t get to preach about justice when your own system protected a monster and his high-society 'friends' until they were forced into a corner.

Whether it’s a car in Japan or a private island in the Caribbean, the rot is the same: a total lack of consequences for those who prey on the vulnerable. Don't just arrest this man—tear down the culture that makes these creeps think they can get away with it. No more excuses, no more 'selective' outrage. Protect children, period."

really? She was having sex for money.

and her parents probably don’t let her carry that much money either. She probably earned it earlier that night.

Yeah, only perverts blame a child for an adult's horrible action. It's obvious that she comes from a really bad background / family and is basically unsupervised. But none of that is her fault.

Has ANYONE here done that? YOU need help. Your victim mentality which you so often accuse "westerners" of, is easy to see. You have an inferiority complex that is masked by hostility towards non Japanese.

As anyone heard of man called Epstein?

Victims should never be blamed.

This is not sex, it’s rape.

Personal assumptions used to justify blaming the victim? sadly the rule and not the exception here.

For all anybody here knows she could have been blackmailed, forced, deceived, etc. But since none of that would allow you to shift blame from the rapist you are choosing to ignore these possibilities.
