Even there's no scene for biting back in "50 shades of grey".

I knew backbiting was a feature of Japan, but I didn't know that biting people on the back was also a thing.

The fact that 'Man bites wife' is a headline in Japan tells you everything you need to know about how safe the country actually is.
In the US, over 10 million people are physically abused by a partner every year. We’re talking shootings, stabbings, and hospitalizations that never even make the local news because they’re 'routine.' In the UK, 2 women a week are killed by their partners.
You’re laughing at a bite? In London or Philly, she’d be lucky if that’s all that happened.
Westerners love to signal-boost these 'weird' Japan stories to ignore the bloodbath in their own suburbs. If Japan is 'horrible' for arresting a guy over a bite, what do you call a society where domestic homicide is so common it doesn't even qualify as news anymore? Glass houses, people. Watch where you’re throwing stones.
